Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Accounting, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience supporting financial application systems, preferably Oracle/ERP.
• Experience handling operational tickets and coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Service Desk Plus, or Jira.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills; basic SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot Oracle/ERP application issues and user concerns.
• Triage and resolve incidents and service requests through ITSM tools.
• Investigate system errors, data discrepancies, and integration issues; elevate complex concerns as needed.
• Support month-end operations, system availability, and data integrity.
• Monitor SLAs, manage client expectations, and identify service improvement opportunities.
