Spruson & Ferguson in Manila is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our team and support AR clean-up activities. Based in our Manila office, you will review unallocated credits, resolve aged balances, and help reduce AR backlog while maintaining accurate customer accounts.

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience with AR reconciliation, payment allocation, and aged balances.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work through high-volume data.
• Comfortable working with Excel and accounting systems (ERP exposure preferred).
• Able to work independently within defined timelines.
• Strong communication skills.

About Your Role

As part of Spruson & Ferguson's team expansion, the Accounts Receivable Assistant will be based in our Manila office and will play a key role in supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) clean‑up activities. The role will focus on reviewing and resolving unallocated credits and aged balances to help reduce AR backlog and maintain accurate customer accounts. This is a full- time role and on‑site work arrangement is subject to review minimally after the first month on‑site.
