Job summary

Guerilla Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to supervise and optimize the receivables process on-site in Clark Freeport, Pampanga, with a 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM dayshift. The role requires handling collections, credit policies, and reconciliations, while mentoring junior staff and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
• Liaise with internal departments and external customers to resolve payment issues
• Prepare monthly reports on receivables and credit risk
• Support annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Train and mentor junior accounts receivable staff
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Handle escalated disputes and negotiate payment arrangements

Job description

Salary Range: 40,000 - 50,000
Work Set-up Arrangement: Onsite | Dayshift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate collections

• Establish and maintain credit policies and procedures.

• Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers.
