Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation in the Philippines seeks a Business Analyst/Project Coordinator to bridge the Project Manager and project owners, document requirements, and drive process improvements. You will maintain portfolio dashboards, ensure data integrity, and support ERP-related enhancements.
The role requires manufacturing experience, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site full time across multiple sites. PMI-PBA or Lean Six Sigma are advantages.
Act as the key interface between the Project Manager and project owners/leads, tracking action items, following up on deliverables and due dates, and benchmarking industry best practices to improve project design and helping stakeholders to define measurable success criteria and KPIs for every project.
Maintain the Projects Central Monitoring, updating project status, milestones, CAPEX estimates, benefits, and remarks across all tiers and ensuring data integrity for portfolio governance.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from project owners and leads across multiple sites (e.g., Operations, QA, Warehousing & Logistics, Finance, HR, IT)
Support in workshops, interviews or discovery sessions to uncover system gaps or operational constraints.
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure alignment in drafting functional specifications and creating internal efficiency models that increase output without increasing headcount.
Support in building dashboards and status reports that consolidate portfolio performance, KPIs, and operational scorecards for management review.
Support process standardization and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Odoo enhancements, dashboards, etc.) documenting as-is/to-be processes and assisting with UAT and CRP.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, BA or equivalent related.
At least 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, and leading impactful initiatives from discovery to go-live.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food industry and exposure to a transformation environment is preferred.
Expertise in process mapping and continuous improvement.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Knowledge of business process modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and regulatory/compliance standards in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel, BI tools, PowerPoint, and JIRA); familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo).
Candidates must be willing to work on-site full time
PMI-PBA certification is an advantage.
Lean Six Sigma White or Yellow Belt are an advantage.
