ZAMA Precision Industry Manufacturing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead and manage manufacturing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Leads and manages projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives within established timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Plans action items, resources, and timelines in detail by coordinating with cross‑functional department managers. Scheduled activities are continuously updated and shared with teams and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Provides guidance to ensure timely completion of activities and holds team members accountable for their responsibilities.
Identifies risks to on‑time milestone completion, resource availability, and quality target achievement; classifies them appropriately in terms of severity and occurrence and recommends mitigating measures.
Periodically reviews the status of scheduled activities with cross‑functional teams, setting clear, goal‑oriented priorities.
Even under pressure, communication is expected to be data driven, clear and respectful.
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership for the project and team, fostering a motivating environment.
Even in stressful situations, provides the team with assurance by actively supporting members with engagement, constructive solutions and clear decisions.
Creates and maintains accurate and comprehensive documentation for the team and stakeholders.
Regularly reports to the direct supervisor and management in a concise, accurate, and clear manner.
Proactively contributes to upholding PMO KPIs and supports production when needed.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering) with proven experience of minimum 5 years in the field of project management.
Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent is an advantage / preferred.
Experience in supportive and results‑driven leadership with a track record of successful project completion.
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering principles, as well as processes related to manufacturing. Results‑driven hands‑on mentality.
Proficiency with MLA tools and documents such as PFMEA, Control plans, PPAP, PDCA.
Proven extensive knowledge of production concepts and industry standards.
Analytical thinking, troubleshooting and problem‑solving methodology using 8D, 5‑Why, Ishikawa.
Ability to quickly understand and analyze data and make informed decisions.
Data‑driven, clear and transparent communication in advanced written and oral English and ability to work with cross‑functional international team through all levels in the organization.
Excellent organizational skills.
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
