Job summary

MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge operations across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QA, Sales, and Finance with technical teams. You will analyze workflows, optimize processes, and manage systems across their lifecycle.

You will develop low-code apps with AppSheet, Power Apps, and AppScript, build dashboards in Power BI, and ensure data governance while aligning with ERP/WMS/MES ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect.
• Industry Focus: Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or QA operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements: Engage operational teams, observe fast-paced FMCG workflows, map end-to-end processes, and document clear business requirements and gap analyses.
• Specification & Solution Design: Convert operational needs into developer-ready technical specifications, user stories, data rules, and acceptance criteria.
• Systems Roadmap & Lifecycle Management: Co-own the system roadmap with business leaders; align timelines, track platform performance, and manage lifecycle phases.
• Low-Code App & Automation Development: Build functional apps, forms, automated workflows, and operational dashboards using AppSheet, Power Apps, and AppScript.
• Testing & Rollout: Prepare test cases, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate technical outputs, and assist in user onboarding.
• Data Insights & Governance: Support SQL data checks and Power BI reporting while ensuring solutions comply with corporate security, architecture, and IT governance standards.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum Experience & Education:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Solution Architect.

• Industry Focus: Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or QA operations is highly preferred.

Key Technical & Functional Skills:

• Low-Code/No-Code Platforms: Hands-on development experience in AppSheet, Power Apps, or AppScript.

• Analysis & Visualization Tools: Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Jira, Azure DevOps, SQL, and Power BI/Tableau.

• Process Modeling & Methods: Strong expertise in BPMN, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Gap Analysis, and Use Case documentation.

• Enterprise Ecosystems: Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or MES platforms.

Preferred Certifications (Advantage):

• Business Analysis (PMI-PBA, ECBA/CCBA/CBAP)
