A leading management firm in Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a financial account. Responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the financial sector, and strong communication skills. This role will be onsite for the first 6 months and will transition to a hybrid working model.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably with background in financial account.
• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Must have handled multinational account/customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle sensitive information.
• Willing to work onsite for the first 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer calls and provide support on products, services, and account inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
• Document interactions and update customer information accurately.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Meet performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
