Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking, loans, credit cards, or financial services.
• Provide accurate information on account details, transactions, interest rates, and financial products.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
• Escalate complex or urgent issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
