Job summary

Manulife Global Solutions is seeking a Finance Transformation & Operational Excellence Sr. Consultant to join our Operational Excellence team. You will be responsible for evaluating consultant performance during project delivery and ensuring alignment with technical knowledge.

The role requires leading medium-sized transformation initiatives, managing projects to ensure quality, timely delivery, and budget adherence, as well as coaching leaders in Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• At least 6–7 years managing process and performance improvement projects in finance, investments, actuarial, or retirement operations.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive transformation and OE initiatives within assigned functions.
• Ensure projects are high quality, on time and within budget, delivering the expected benefits.
• Lead medium-sized, cross-functional transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as Project/Program Manager for complex organization-wide initiatives.
• Provide tactical direction to the project delivery team.
• Align initiatives with stakeholders and manage conflicts through transparent communication.
• Coach leaders in Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices.
