Manulife is seeking a Sr. Operational Excellence Consultant to shape how the organization operates, delivers value, and sustains measurable impact.

You will partner across functions to identify opportunities, enable smarter ways of working, and translate insights into results that matter to customers and leaders. Responsibilities include project execution, process discovery, data analysis, and developing deliverables like process maps and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3 years combined experience in operational management and leading improvement projects in insurance/BPO.
• 2+ years applying OE, problem solving, and project management frameworks (LEAN, DMAIC, Design Thinking).
• Experience in customer service operations within insurance, BPO, or shared services.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by the project manager, including process discovery and data gathering.
• Develop deliverables such as process maps, policy docs, data analyses, and dashboards.
• Support deployment of recommendations and measure benefits of OE projects.
• Build relationships with project stakeholders and manage communications.
• Participate in LEAN Six Sigma trainings and OE forums.
