Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Finance Automation Expert to lead automation and optimization of financial processes. You will identify opportunities, design tech-driven solutions, and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability across Finance.

The role requires strong experience with Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate, and collaboration with Finance and IT teams in a hybrid setup in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in finance automation or process improvement.
Hands-on experience with Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate required.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead automation initiatives across Finance to identify opportunities and define requirements.
Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions for financial processes.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot, and implement enhancements for reliability.
Manage data quality, security, and controls in automated workflows.
Provide training and guidance to Finance team on automation tools.
