Our Clients is seeking a Finance Automation Expert to lead automation and process optimization within the Finance function. This role focuses on identifying automation opportunities, designing and implementing technology-driven solutions, and improving efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of financial processes.

The ideal candidate combines strong Finance knowledge with hands-on expertise in automation tools, data management, and process improvement, while guiding team members and collaborating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in Finance automation, financial systems, process improvement, or similar roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate, or other automation technologies.
• Solid understanding of Finance processes, including reporting, reconciliation, data processing, and internal controls.
• Experience developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to identify, assess, and prioritize automation opportunities.
• Evaluate existing financial processes to identify inefficiencies and repetitive tasks.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain automation solutions using Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data in automated systems.
• Provide training and support for Finance teams on automation tools and processes.
• Ensure automation compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Lead automation initiatives and mentor junior team members.
