Job summary

Atome Financial in the Philippines region is seeking a senior finance professional to support the country’s financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. You will report to the Country Controller and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial processes and reporting.

The role covers month-end closing, annual budget processes, and coordinating with external auditors, banks, and authorities to ensure compliant financial statements. Strong accounting systems and Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.
• CPA qualification is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and regulations.
• Experience in month-end closing, audits, and financial analysis.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day finance operations and respond to queries.
• Conduct monthly closing activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present month-end package to the CFO and country controller.
• Manage annual forecast and budget processes.
• Coordinate external relationships with auditors, banks, merchants, suppliers and authorities.
• Prepare audit package and draft financial statements for review.
