Job summary

AECOM in the Philippines seeks a finance professional to support financial reporting, budgeting, and monthly P&L analyses. You will contribute to annual planning, variance analyses, and maintaining robust internal controls.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with 4-5 years of experience and strong MS Office skills; Oracle/Blackline experience is a plus. Be part of a global team delivering infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, and procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Blackline is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned financial reporting requirements by analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual plan and budget.
• Support in the preparation of monthly P&L forecasts and budget reporting.
• Assist in month-end processes with SG&A cost analyses and expense accrual summaries.
• Escalate issues and propose resolutions to the Team Lead; may support junior members.
