Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and review tax-related documents and filings.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and other external parties when needed.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Assist management with financial analysis and other accounting-related matters.
• Supervise or provide guidance to junior accounting staff when necessary.
