Job summary

Atome Financial is seeking a Head of Finance for our Philippines office to lead the financial strategy, planning, and execution. You will partner with the Country CEO and Group Finance to drive capital management, regulatory compliance, and performance improvements.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and stakeholder communication with regulators, banks, and investors. A CPA/CFA/MBA and 12+ years of experience in finance are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and execution for our Philippines Office.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support growth and initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial models.
• Develop relationships with regulators, auditors, and banks.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team in the Philippines.
