Job summary

GET PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with local regulations and GAAP in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and coordination with external auditors, while mentoring staff to achieve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in transportation/logistics advantageous but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting functions including billing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing process and ensure timely financial reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Monitor and analyze cost structures, operating expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with contract terms and accounting standards.
• Maintain strong internal controls across departments or multiple business units.
• Collaborate with operations and management teams to understand cost drivers and improve financial performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee cash flow management and working capital requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely and accurate tax filings in compliance with local regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
