You will work with Xero and standard spreadsheets to manage multi-entity finance operations, ensuring compliance and smooth daily financial administration for NZ and Australian clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping or accounting administration experience.
• Experience managing 3 entities concurrently.
• Proficient in Xero or similar accounting software.
• Strong spreadsheet skills for data entry and importing data.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and payroll workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date financial records daily using Xero.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations.
• Manage spreadsheets and import data into master trackers.
• Monitor emails and coordinate account communications.
