Sharesource is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to serve as the financial backbone for two industry portfolios. You will manage AP, payroll, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple locations from a remote base in the Philippines, aligning with Australian regulatory standards.

The role requires 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, a degree in Accounting/Finance, and strong Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets skills, with attention to detail and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or related field.
• Direct experience in the Australian accounting environment with GST knowledge.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable (AP) & Purchasing across multiple store locations and supplier reconciliations.
• Payroll preparation and weekly processing.
• Reconciliations & AR including daily bank feeds and discrepancy resolution.
• Compliance & Reporting including BAS, GST and month-end reporting.
