Job summary

Igloo, based in Manila, is looking for an FP&A Officer to support strategic and commercial decision-making by delivering financial insights, models, and forward-looking projections.

The role focuses on business planning, scenario analysis, management reporting, and financial advisory support, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations for management. The FP&A Officer will report to the Finance Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or MBA qualification is an advantage but not required.
• Minimum of three to five years of relevant FP&A experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and investment evaluation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual analytical management reports with KPIs and variance analysis.
• Explain actual results vs. budgets with actionable recommendations for management.
• Evaluate financial impact of proposed projects and initiatives using approved assumptions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting workstreams including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Consolidate assumptions and prepare budget analyses for senior management review.
• Monitor industry benchmarks and market trends for potential financial impact.
• Prepare financial analyses and materials for management, Board, and investors.
• Analyze revenue, cost, margins, and profitability to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to support strategic decisions.
