About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Finance & Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations, compliance requirements, payroll administration, customer collections, and internal business processes. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working across multiple functions, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will work closely with leadership, external partners, and internal teams to ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the organisation. You will be working directly and closely with the company's leadership team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow monitoring
- Oversee customer invoicing, collections, payment follow-ups, and outstanding receivables management
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments across all markets
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis for leadership review
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Monitor company expenses and implement controls to ensure financial discipline and efficiency
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, and banking partners
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, regulatory, and corporate filing requirements across relevant jurisdictions
- Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration and some experience related to Human Resources
- 5-8 + years of experience in finance, operations, business administration to manage a multi-functional role
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, compliance, and business operations
- Experience managing customer collections and cash flow processes
- Familiarity with HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, and workplace operations
- Knowledge of corporate governance, statutory compliance, and contract administration
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
