Job summary

Table Group Inc. is seeking a highly detail-oriented Finance Shared Services leader with hands-on experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Collections. You will lead operations, coach a team, and partner with stakeholders across the Philippines and Singapore to drive accuracy and timely cash flow.

You will establish high standards, communicate clearly with senior leaders, and manage complex O2C processes while continuously improving controls and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Finance Shared Services or Accounting Operations (O2C focus).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numbers and reports.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Proven ability to coach and develop Finance teams.
• Comfortable influencing stakeholders and driving issues to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Shared Services with strength in Billing and invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, AR aging, and O2C processes.
• Coach and develop the team, address performance gaps and foster accuracy and ownership.
• Build credibility with Philippines and Singapore stakeholders, influencing expectations and driving issue resolution.
• Communicate confidently with Singapore-based stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Explain complex Finance issues clearly and structure emails/reports.
• Present issues with root cause, business impact, recommendation and required action.
• Handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently.
• Adjust communication style to audience (Finance, Operations, senior management).
• Provide proactive and timely updates without follow-ups.

About the role

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented, articulate and hands-on Finance Shared Services leader with strong experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable and Collections. The ideal candidate combines strong operational Finance capability with the ability to lead people, manage stakeholders and communicate with confidence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Finance Shared Services or Accounting Operations with particular strength in Billing and invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Customer account reconciliation, Cash application, Billing disputes and adjustments, AR aging management, Order-to-Cash / O2C processes, Accounting controls and reconciliations and Process improvement

• Establish high standards, coach and develop the team, address performance gaps and build a culture of accuracy, accountability, responsiveness and ownership

• Build credibility and trusted relationships across the Philippines and Singapore, influencing stakeholders, managing expectations, respectfully challenging when necessary and driving issues toward resolution

• Communicate confidently and professionally with Singapore-based stakeholders and senior leaders

• Structure thoughts clearly and logically, explaining complex Finance or operational issues in simple, understandable terms

• Write clear, concise and professional emails, reports and management updates

• Present issues together with the root cause, business impact, recommendation and required action

• Handle difficult conversations professionally and confidently

• Adjust communication style depending on whether the audience is Finance, Operations or senior management

• Provide proactive and timely updates without needing to be followed up
