Job summary

EPICO WINE AND SPIRITS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Finance Manager to join the finance team on a full-time basis at the Aljunied Central Region office.

You will support the delivery of accurate financial information, ensure accounting standards compliance, and provide insights to support management decisions. The ideal candidate has a CPA or accounting degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in Autocount and MS Office.

Qualifications

• CPA qualified, or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with managerial experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Autocount accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle and review full sets of accounts
• Manage month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare monthly management and financial reports
• Oversee AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations and cash flow
• Handle GST reporting and statutory compliance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and external parties
• Support and guide the finance team in daily operations
• Provide financial analysis and reports to Management
• Perform other ad-hoc finance duties as required

About the role
