Job summary

Mind Stretcher Education in Meycauayan, Philippines is seeking an Assistant Manager, Finance to support the Finance Manager in daily accounting, reporting and compliance. You will liaise with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies while contributing to financial planning and decision-making.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. ACCA/CPA or CA Singapore qualifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and Singapore statutory requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies.
• Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or CA Singapore would be an advantage.
