Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is required.
• MBA in Finance is required.
• At least 4 years of experience in a Support and implementation role.
• ERP (Accounting/Finance Modules) experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or JIRA.

Responsibilities

• Own and resolve customer-reported application incidents and gather business requirements for customizations/integrations.
• Maintain excellent and consistent customer service.
• Prioritize incidents and troubleshoot systems promptly.
• Adhere to SLAs and business requirements in handling cases.
• Collaborate with global product/tech teams for resolutions and feedback.
