Conequip Philippines Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager/Director to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance, manage forecasting and budgeting, and report to Top Management.

Ensure that the QMS confirms to ISO9001: 2015
Ensure processes are delivering intended outcomes
Report to Top Management on the performance of the QMS; on opportunities for improvement; on change requirements; on innovations
Ensure the promotion of customer focus
Ensure the integrity of the QMS is maintained
Integrating Finance operations
Forecasting and budgeting;
Ensuring organizational financial stability; and
Shall present and submit monthly report to the Top Management, CEO, & SVP Admin & Finance.
Forecast cash flow positions related to borrowing needs and available funds for investment;
Use hedging to mitigate financial risks related to the interest on the company’s borrowings as well as on its foreign exchange positions;
Maintain banking relationships;
Assist in determining the company’s proper capital structure;
Arrange for equity and debt financing;
Invest funds;
Recommend appropriate dividend issuances based on historical dividend patterns and expected cash flows; and
Conduct spot checks, i.e., revolving funds and company assets; and
Manage the preparations of the Company’s budget; and Report to the Management on variances from the established budget and the reasons for those vacancies.
Engage in ongoing cost reduction analysis in all areas of the company;
Review the performance of competitions and report on key issues to management;
Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential operational improvement;
Interpret company’s financial results to management and recommend charges to improve the overall level of company throughout;
Participate in target costing activities to create products that meeting predetermined price goals;
Assist in the determination of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing;
Manage the capital budgeting process based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis;
Create additional analysis and report as requested by the management; and
Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation and submit to the superior (hard and soft copies).
Oversee the extension of credit to customers; and
Monitor staff performance including attendance under Finance department supervision, i.e., Credit and Collection in charge
Provide financial recommendations.
