Job summary

Cyden Medicale Trading Inc. is seeking a Finance Officer to oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain regulatory compliance to safeguard the company’s financial health.

You will manage accounts payable/receivable, perform reconciliations, prepare management reports, support audits, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulators, contributing to stronger internal controls. This is a full-time role based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise daily finance operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Review and verify finance transactions and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Supervise accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing, accurate reporting, and effective collections.
• Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation and related adjusting journal entries.
• Prepare internal financial and management reports as required.
• Supervise and assist in the periodic audit of inventory and fixed assets.
• Review BIR-related reports and schedules for accuracy and completeness prior to submission.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including timely BIR filings.
• Assist in annual financial statement audits, preparing schedules and providing supporting documents.
• Coordinate with external parties such as auditors, banks, and government agencies, as needed.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support implementation of better financial controls.
• Perform ad hoc finance tasks and special projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
