Job summary

Citi Global Realty and Development, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee finance operations and ensure accurate collections and disbursements while maintaining data integrity across reporting systems.

You will consolidate internal reports, support decision-making with dashboards, and collaborate with external CFO advisory teams. The role includes managing two direct reports and advancing internal controls and policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finance operations: ensure accuracy of collections (coordinating with the accounts management team) and disbursements (coordinating with the treasury team).
• Monitor cash flow and treasury position: track inflows and outflows, flag variances, and escalate cash management concerns to management in a timely manner; serve as the primary internal user and administrator of the company’s cash management system.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and data integrity across the reporting system — actual transactions, projections, and balance sheet accounts (inventory, fixed assets, and other BS line items) — by partnering with the teams who hold the source data; this is the primary function supporting management reporting.
• Consolidate and maintain internal finance reports covering collections, disbursements, cash position, project-related expenditures, and other key financial metrics to support management decision-making; maintain a financial dashboard for management reference.
• Assist management in planning and decision-making by preparing basic financial runs using approved templates.
• Implement and enforce internal control and accounting policies; propose policy improvements as needed for effective and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with the external CFO advisory team to support review, analysis, and reporting compliance.
• Support cost management and cost control efforts in coordination with the external Quantity Surveying (QS) team.
• Manage and develop 2 direct reports (Finance Specialists); eligible for promotion to Finance Manager within 1–2 years upon meeting defined performance metrics.
