Sony Pictures Entertainment, Inc in the Philippines is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Divisional Finance team. You will support financial planning, investment analysis, and strategic decision making across corporate operations including facilities and capital initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will build models, drive budgets and forecasts, analyze variances, and present insights to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance is required.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in real estate, entertainment, or technology.
• 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and month-end analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to enable deeper analyses for executive decisions.
• Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly results analyses.
• Create the annual rent allocation budget and manage chargeback processes.
• Analyze monthly variances and explain drivers in narratives.
• Prepare report packages for department leads and executives.
• Provide financial analysis to support timely decisions (cost/benefit, what-if).
• Support optimization of planning, reporting, and governance processes.
