The role partners with GFO, Divisional Finance, local stakeholders, and outsourced providers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will lead day-to-day close activities, review journals, perform variance analysis, and contribute to process standardization and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience, including close/reporting support.
• Prior experience coordinating workstreams or supporting outsourced providers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for assigned areas and ensure accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet.
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, close schedules, and reporting packages; identify issues and improvements.
• Support variance analysis and explain drivers to leadership; escalate risks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, SOX controls, and local statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with outsourced service providers to review deliverables and ensure quality and timeliness of output.
• Prepare corporate reporting packages and quarterly submissions with territories and Corporate Finance.
• Provide financial insights to support business performance and decision-making.
