Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business; CPA preferred.
• 4–6+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience coordinating workstreams or supporting outsourced providers.
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities for assigned areas.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of P&L, Balance Sheet, financial reporting, and close outputs.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, close schedules, and reporting packages; identify issues and improvements.
• Support analysis and validation of key accounting areas (revenue, accruals, intercompany, leases, etc.).
• Assist variance analysis and escalation of risks across assigned areas.
• Coordinate with outsourced providers to ensure quality and timeliness of output.
• Prepare actual vs. budget/forecast analyses and explain variances.
• Provide financial insights to support business performance and decision making.
• Support ad hoc FP&A, Operations, Tax, and Treasury reporting as needed.
• Identify financial trends and actionable insights to improve performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and governance alignment.
• Serve as accounting contact for assigned territories and ensure timely corporate reporting.
