Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support compliance with SEC, BIR, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor lending portfolio metrics and KPI reporting.
• Supervise accounting staff and train team members.
