You will manage accounting, tax compliance, audits, and intercompany accounting while collaborating with regional teams to drive financial performance and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• CPA certification or Big 4 experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Philippine regulations.
• Advanced Excel and cloud accounting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete accounting process, including audits, tax compliance, and secretarial tasks.
• Oversee finance operations, including daily/weekly reconciliation with merchants, ensuring cash movement accuracy.
• Perform monthly P&L reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely recording of sales, purchases and costs.
• Address audit, tax, and banking queries.
• Coordinate with headquarters to ensure proper accounting for intercompany transactions.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Improve financial controls and accounting procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax and VAT reporting and corporate income tax.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete accounting process, including audits, tax compliance, and secretarial tasks, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

• CPA certification or experience with a Big 4 audit firm is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of government statutory rulings and compliance.
• Experience with IFRS or equivalent financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and cloud accounting systems such as NetSuite.
• Self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• High integrity, ownership, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Fluency in Filipino/Tagalog and English.
