Job summary

Hadley Designs is looking for a Finance Business Partner to oversee the complete finance function, drive profitability, and support the company's growth ambition toward $100M. You'll manage cash flow, develop automated systems, and provide accurate, timely financials.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in finance with strong skills in budgeting and forecasting. This remote-first opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to innovate within a purpose-driven brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience in e-commerce or multi-channel retail (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials each month.
• Build and maintain a rolling cash forecast, updated weekly.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process with ≤10% variance.
