Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, profitability, and planning. This hands-on role works closely with leadership to drive financial discipline and visibility as the company scales.

The ideal candidate will bring strong modeling skills, ERP experience, and a data-driven mindset to improve margins, optimize spend, and build robust financial systems for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a finance management or senior finance position preferred.
• Experience in an agency, professional services, BPO, shared services, or high‑growth company is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; develop revenue, expense, headcount, and cash forecasts.
• Manage cash flow with short- and long-term forecasts; monitor A/R and A/P and optimize working capital.
• Analyze profitability and costs; partner with leaders to strengthen cost controls.
• Develop financial dashboards and KPIs; provide clear visibility to leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning for new initiatives and investments.
