Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance function, building scalable systems and managing cash flow.
• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month.
• Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across all departments.
