Hadley Designs is seeking a Director of Financial Strategy to own the full finance function and build scalable systems. You'll lead strategic financial efforts guiding the company towards exponential growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience implementing scalable systems and automation in growing organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own full finance function building scalable systems.
• Deliver accurate, audit-ready financials by the 20th of each month.
• Create and document SOPs for finance processes.
