Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, and manage cash flow while driving profitability across the organization. You will partner with leadership to develop forecasts, improve processes, and build robust financial dashboards.

You will work in a fast-paced agency environment, bringing analytical rigor and strategic thinking to growth initiatives, cost controls, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A or related field.
• 2+ years in a finance management or senior finance position preferred.
• Experience in an agency, professional services, BPO, or high-growth company is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Reporting: manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting; prepare P&L, balance sheet, cash flow; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead Budgeting & Forecasting: manage yearly budgets; develop revenue, expenses, headcount, and cash flow forecasts.
• Manage Cash Flow: forecast cash flow; monitor receivables/payables; improve working capital.
• Improve Profitability & Cost Control: analyze margins; identify cost-saving opportunities; implement controls.
• Strengthen Finance Operations: improve workflows, SOPs, documentation; coordinate with external accountants/auditors.
• Build Financial KPIs & Dashboards: develop dashboards; track budgets vs targets; provide leadership-ready insights.
• Partner With Leadership: provide analysis for initiatives, hiring, investments; present recommendations.
