The successful candidate will have 5–8 years of hands-on accounting experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of hands-on accounting and finance experience.
• Strong payroll processing and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Experience with Philippine tax requirements (VAT, withholding tax).
• Experience with financial reporting, GL, AP, and AR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with PFRS, statutory rules, and internal policies.
• Process monthly payroll including salaries, commissions, deductions.
• Ensure timely processing of government remittances and contributions.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and filings to authorities.
• Handle VAT, withholding tax, and corporate income tax requirements.
• Manage vendor invoices and payments processing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on balances.
• Support audits and prepare schedules and documentation.
