Job summary

PMG Integrated Communications Philippines Inc. in Makati seeks a Finance Executive to report to the Finance Officer/Manager and ensure smooth finance operations, data accuracy, and support for financial reporting and analysis.

You will take ownership of day-to-day finance processes, drive efficiency, and ensure compliance across financial activities, including payables, VAT filings, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify payment documents (Request for Payments, RFPs, liquidations, invoices)
• Oversee document management and audit readiness (VAT compliant documents)
• Ensure timely submission of documents to outsourced accounting provider or stakeholders
• Monitor supplier invoices for completeness and accuracy before processing
• Support preparation and release of payments to suppliers
• Monitor payables to ensure timely payments and avoid double payments
• Resolve vendor concerns regarding unpaid or outstanding invoices
• Prepare and track BIR Form 2307s to suppliers
• Validate supporting documents for financial transactions per policy
• Identify inconsistencies and escalate issues for corrective action

About the role

As a Finance Executive, you will report directly to the Finance Officer and/or Finance Manager and ensure the smooth execution of finance operations, maintain data accuracy, and support financial reporting and analysis. You will take ownership of day-to-day finance processes while helping drive efficiency and compliance in all financial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare documents and verify their details for completeness and accuracy (e.g., Request for Payments or RFPs, liquidations, invoices)
• Oversee document management processes including proper filing, organization, and audit readiness (e.g. VAT compliant documents)
• Ensure timely submission of documents to outsourced accounting provider or relevant stakeholders
• Monitor and track supplier invoices, ensuring completeness and correctness prior to processing
• Support the preparation and release of payments to suppliers
• Actively monitor payables ensuring timely payment and avoiding double payments
• Resolve vendors' concerns especially as to unpaid or outstanding invoices
• Prepare and track BIR Form 2307s to suppliers
• Validate supporting documents for financial transactions in compliance with company policy
• Identify inconsistencies, escalated issues, and recommend corrective actions
