Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for overseeing the company's daily financial operations and ensuring fiscal discipline across all departments. This role leads the finance team in managing payroll, statutory compliance, and cash flow, while ensuring that all financial documentations including project liquidations and tax payables—are completed within the prescribed company timelines

Financial Leadership & Team Management

• Accounting Oversight: Directly manage and mentor subordinates under the Finance Department with their respective responsibilities.

• Fiscal Discipline: Enforce strict adherence to approved budgets and procedures for both local and international projects.

• Policy Compliance: Ensure that the perspective layout of all financial reports adheres to applicable laws and internal auditing standards. Create policies and memo for the betterment of the department.

• Reporting: Attend management meetings and present financial reports crucial to the financial status of the company.

• Permits and Licenses: Timely processing of company documents for application and renewal relative to government legislations.

BIR Compliance

• Accurately prepare the following reports:

• Income Tax Annually and Quarterly

• Value Added Tax Quarterly

• Summary Lists of Sales and Purchases

• Withholding Tax Compensation Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually

• Withholding Tax Compensation Alphalist

• Withholding Tax Expanded Monthly, Quarterly, and Annually

• Withholding Tax Expanded Alphalist

Compensation, Benefits & Statutory Compliance

• Payroll Supervision: Verify and oversee the accurate processing of payroll and the management of employee compensation packages.

• Taxation Management: Ensure the timely calculation and filing of sales and taxes.

• Statutory Reports: Monitor the submission of mandatory government contributions and compliance documents.

• Payables, Receivables & Cash Flow

• Account Monitoring: Supervise the management and the collection of receivables and the scheduling of payables to third-party suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

• Liquidation Oversight: Enforce the company's prescribed timeline and financial protocols for liquidations to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

• Vendor Coordination: Manage financial contracts and ensure that price quotes and internal documents are properly vetted before fabrication or production begins.Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Budget Tracking: Analyze project costs, including Unit Price EXW, transportation, and incidental expenses, to provide detailed cost estimates for future biddings.

• Audit Readiness: Maintain highly confidential financial records and decks, ensuring all documentation is ready for review by the Managing Director or third-party auditors.

• Post-Event Documentation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports following major activations to evaluate project profitability and resource allocation.

• Financial Records: Provide demand letters and any financial documents as and when needed by each department.
