Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Finance function.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Finance function
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Partner with business leaders and other functions on financial and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
2. CPA is an advantage
3. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in a leadership role
4. Proven experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team
5. Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting
6. Strong commercial and business acumen
7. Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
