Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Mandaluyong City seeks an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function, shape financial strategy, and drive profitability.

This onsite role requires overseeing planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while guiding the finance team and partnering with leaders across the business. The successful candidate will bring a decade of progressive finance leadership, strong FP&A, and a proven ability to translate numbers into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with significant leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team.
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong commercial and business acumen with excellent leadership and stakeholder skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City.
