Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, or related functions
  • Proven experience in a managerial or leadership position
  • Strong background in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, and financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
  • Experience in managing internal controls, audits, and financial risk
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial/ERP systems
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and ethical standards
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a finance team

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
  • Monitor financial performance, profitability, cash flow, working capital, and key financial indicators.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports.
  • Develop and maintain effective financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Manage treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity, investments, and cash flow.
  • Provide financial analysis for contracts, pricing, investments, business expansion, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Identify financial and operational risks and develop appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee tax planning and regulatory compliance, including coordination with BIR, SEC, BOC, LGU, DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, PCAB, and other relevant government agencies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
  • Drive cost control and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning and major business decisions through financial analysis and recommendations.
  • Oversee corporate documentation involving Board Resolutions, Secretary's Certificates, Minutes of Meetings, and other required corporate approvals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Finance team while promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for financial systems improvement, automation, and process optimization.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager (CPA) to lead the company's overall finance function and provide financial insights that support business growth, profitability, and long-term strategic objectives.

The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, treasury and cash flow management, tax and regulatory compliance, risk management, cost control, and corporate governance. The role will work closely with senior management and various departments to drive sound financial decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
