About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Director to lead the overall finance function and provide financial direction to support business growth, profitability, and long-term objectives.
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead and oversee the overall Finance function
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Lead financial performance management and drive profitability and cost efficiency
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, financial controls, and compliance
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with applicable regulations
• Lead and develop the Finance team
• Partner with business leaders and other functions on financial and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA is an advantage
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with significant experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading a Finance function or large Finance team
• Strong background in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and financial reporting
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Excellent leadership, analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
