Qualifications

• CPA with 8+ years in finance leadership roles.
• PFRS fluency, especially lease accounting (PFRS 16).
• Experience owning month-end close and external audits.
• Bank covenant reporting and loan analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close (5–7 days) and balance sheet packs.
• Produce monthly P&L by facility and budget-vs-actual with variance commentary.
• Manage external audit; drive year-end adjustments to near zero.
• Own tax compliance and BIR exposure; avoid penalties.
• Maintain bank reporting and covenant tracking (DSCR, debt-to-EBITDA).
• Design and enforce internal controls: three-way match with Purchasing.
• Build FP&A: cash forecasting and capex tracking.
• Prepare multi-entity consolidation and REIT reporting.
• Supervise Accounting Head and team; develop bench strength.
