Job summary

StorageMart Corporation in Makati is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support budgeting and forecasting.

You will supervise accounting processes, maintain internal controls, review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare management reports while collaborating with leadership across Metro Manila facilities to drive financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is an advantage.
• Experience in a controller or senior accounting role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Makati and manage deadlines.
• Strong ethics and understanding of local tax and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial statements preparation and analysis.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and monitor expense allocations.
• Prepare management reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with leadership across multiple facilities to optimize financial performance.
