Job summary

Martin Development Corporation in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Controller to oversee all finance and accounting operations, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

You will ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax laws, monitor cash flow and risks, lead audits, strengthen controls, mentor finance staff, and provide strategic financial insights to guide management decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• CPA license preferred.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
