Qualifications

• CPA certification and 8+ years in a controller-level role.
• Fluency with PFRS especially lease accounting (PFRS 16).
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and bank reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close process and balance sheet reconciliation.
• Produce monthly management reporting with variances and commentary.
• Oversee external audit and year-end adjustments.
• Ensure tax compliance and monitor BIR exposure.
• Manage covenant reporting and loan documentation.
• Design internal controls and support FP&A, cash forecasting.
• Prepare for multi-entity consolidation and REIT reporting.
