Responsibilities

• Direct all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial statements, and consolidated reporting.
• Establish and maintain financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
• Supervise general accounting, accounts receivable, payable, collections, procurement and payroll functions.
• Oversee the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
• Support implementation of operational redesign initiatives and development of KPIs.
• Provide strategic financial input on development projects.
• Manage and co-prepare corporate and departmental margin reports and labor reports compliance and reporting requirements.
• Review processes and invoices to identify inaccuracies.
• Deliver periodic operating reports with analysis of progress toward financial objectives and recommendations for corrective action.
• Conduct bank reconciliation for all company accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of transactions.
• Perform daily cash audits to ensure accuracy of the revolving, change fund and that daily sales are deposited regularly and properly recorded.

About the Role
